Teaching Philosophy
My path to education wasn't linear. From designing websites to coding machine-learning models, I've always been passionate about problem-solving with technology. This, combined with my strong math background, fuels my approach to teaching.
Data-Driven Instruction: Leveraging my background in data analysis, I tailor instruction to meet individual student needs. Through regular assessments and progress monitoring, I identify strengths and weaknesses, ensuring targeted support and differentiated learning opportunities.
Cooperative Group Learning: Students in my classroom collaborate on projects they are genuinely interested in, fostering communication and critical thinking skills.
Student Ownership: I encourage self-assessment and reflection, empowering students to participate in their learning journey actively.
"The mind is not a container to be filled, but a fire to be ignited." ~Howard Gardner
